"Madam, deputy, speaker,

it was only last july, that we had these stress tests of all the european banks and we were told, that there was no problem in Spain certainly none, that the national government couldn't look after. We now had a bail out of a 100 Billion Euros and spanish 10-year bonds were the highest level yesterday since the single currency was launched.

So the only impact of this bail out has been to endebt every spanisch household with a further 50.000 Euro debt, that they didn't have last week. And where does the money come from? It comes from the other members of the eurozone, including cyprus, italy and so on. Europe is giving itself a transfusion, its taking blood from one arm and pumping it into the other arm. But the tube is leak. The liquid is comming out on root. My friends, when are we going to understand, that you don't sove a debt crisis with more debt? The Euro is the problem not the solution. We are treating the tumor, when we should be treating the patient."
